Dear Parkour Student,

DSC01007.jpg

We created this movement library so that you could see and understand what we expect from a Beginning Revolution Parkour Student. Some of you may find the movements demonstrated here to be very difficult while others may find them basic. I assure you that they are indeed basic as the Beginner Parkour movements are the building blocks for the following Revolution Parkour levels:

  • Beginner Parkour One (BegPK1)

  • Beginner Parkour Two (BegPK2)

  • Intermediate Parkour One (IntPK1)

  • Intermediate Parkour Two (IntPK2)

  • Advanced Parkour One (AdvPK1)

  • Advanced Parkour Two (AdvPK2)

Before we go over the movements please read this legal disclaimer that our lawyers made us write…enjoy.
