Parkour Movements
Dear Parkour Student,
We created this movement library so that you could see and understand what we expect from a Beginning Revolution Parkour Student. Some of you may find the movements demonstrated here to be very difficult while others may find them basic. I assure you that they are indeed basic as the Beginner Parkour movements are the building blocks for the following Revolution Parkour levels:
Beginner Parkour One (BegPK1)
Beginner Parkour Two (BegPK2)
Intermediate Parkour One (IntPK1)
Intermediate Parkour Two (IntPK2)
Advanced Parkour One (AdvPK1)
Advanced Parkour Two (AdvPK2)
Before we go over the movements please read this legal disclaimer that our lawyers made us write…enjoy.
